Monkeying Around!

I have seen so many different kinds of animals in India, but the one animal that I read so much about was India's monkeys.  Up until today, I have not seen any monkeys and was starting to think all of the articles I had read about them harassing people, being aggressive, and taking people's food and belongings was a myth.  However, while eating breakfast this morning with my group, they came right down where we were eating, and it actually started to feel too close for comfort!  Around ten including a baby were right in our vicinity!  Will post more pictures later as we are headed out for another daily adventure.  Namaste!

  20. Are the monkeys danger as they carry around diseases? like how rats carry around diesases, and also how many rats did you see as I saw a documentary on rats and it was a section when they were in India talking about the rats and the exterminators were regular civilians who killed them with their bare hands no protections. Also some families were keeping rats as pets in their homes.
